Introduction

Welcome to Strap, a mobile application provided by STRAP BJJ ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Strap (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

1.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.3 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any content provided through the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures implemented in the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where STRAP BJJ is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
